Working out the kinks ...

Last Friday I went for a massage appointment to try to work the knot out of my back. An hour later I had made a new friend and was feeling much better. I chatted with Laura the massage therapist about her being vegan and our boyfriends and other random stuff. Good times. I have another appointment with her July 1st and get $15 off because she gave me a coupon and a discount. I think she likes me! The pavilion progress has gone well. I still have quite a few toggles left to do but all those can be done on a regular sewing machine. Now to start shopping for poles and ordering the tent stakes online. Just over six weeks before it (hopefully) debuts at Assessment Battles.

Will you still need me? Will you still feed me?

Me (pouting): "I'm getting old."Puddin': "Why do you say this?" Me: "It's rainy outside and my left knee hurts. That means I'm old." Puddin': "You're old? You just spent $60 in the Hello Kitty store." Me: "$85."

Yeah, so maybe it's not old. I have a massage appointment tomorrow after work and then we're headed up to Northern Virginia to finish the last of the pavilion. I'm glad I'll be getting these muscles worked on before I try to haul a giant pile of canvas around all weekend.

In pretty good spirits today despite the crappy weather. And I'll feel very accomplished once this pavilion is done.

Wish me luck!
